If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it in its original condition for up to 30 days after receipt. If you received a defective or damaged article, please contact our customer support.

For a quick and smooth return handling, please follow these steps:

• All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt to the stated return address.
• In order to speed up the return process please place the filled out return form and the shipping order in the package.
• We kindly ask you to return the products only in the original packaging.
• Please retain the proof of postage as the whole return process may take up to 7-14 days.

If you would like to exchange an order for another size, colour or article, we will be happy to help you. The easiest and fastest method is to return the unwanted items and place a new order for the desired items. 



After we received your return shipment, your order will be refunded in the same payment method used when ordering the product.
If you ordered with prepayment please write your bank account details on the return form.
