Quality at the highest level
The hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect is made of specially developed hybrid foam and a high-quality 3-layer UV protection membrane to provide optimum protection against hail and other weather influences. In total the cover has a thickness of about 8 mm, whereof the special hybrid foam accounts for ca. 7 mm. The material has been subjected to a weathering test for over 500 hours and can therefore protect your car all year round. Nevertheless, long-term use is only recommended if the hail protection membrane is removed and dried after each hail event. This is the only way to prevent the formation of moisture under the cover. In addition, reflective edge bindings and 4 reflectors ensure increased visibility of the parked and covered vehicle.
Easy mounting
The hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect is very easy to mount due to elastic seams. It is attached to the underside of the car by two snap fasteners. In addition, a strap set is included to fix the cover even more in case of a strong storm. Mount the hail protection cover Hybrid UV Protect only on parked vehicles on non-public traffic areas. A practical storage bag allows space-saving stowage. Please note that condensation and moisture can form under the cover if it rains heavily for a long time and the air is very damp or the ground very wet. Condensation can also form under the cover when temperatures fluctuate strongly. This happens regardless of whether the cover is waterproof or not. It is therefore all the more important to regularly remove the protector cover from the car and ventilate and dry it.

Die Qualität und Verarbeitung der Hagelschutzplane ist sehr gut. Beim ersten Gebrauch und vor dem ersten Regen war die Plane noch etwas "faltig", das hat sich dann aber begradigt. Die Passform ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Allerdings hätte die Plane auch etwas größer hätte ausfallen können, da die Kotflügel und die Heckklappe nicht vollständig vom Schaumstoff abgedeckt werden. Die Motorhaube wird vorne gerade so abgedeckt. Vielleicht hätte die Größe XL in dieser Hinsicht besser gepasst. Die Befestigung mit den Spanngurten unter dem Auto ist m.E. ebenfalls nicht ideal. Sofern die Gurte an von der Fahrt noch heiße Bauteile (Abgasanlage) gelangen, schmoren sie an. Besser wäre eine Befestigung an den 4 Felgen mit eingearbeiteten Kunststoffösen in der Plane und 4 Gurten (so wie bei Produkten der Firma "Softgarage"), dann muss man auch keine Gurte unter dem Auto durchwerfen.

Alles in allem, bin ich mit dem Produkt wunschlos glücklich.
Was für eine tolle Plane. Den ersten Hagel, mit Tennisball-großen Hagelkörnern hat sie schon erfolgreich abgewehrt. Die Größe M passt perferkt auf meinen Audi TT. Sie lässt sich leicht reinigen und auch das befestigen am Auto geht relativ problemlos. Nur die Bänder unter dem Auto mit einer Tieferlegung durchzufummeln bedarf etwas Kreativität. Da hilft dann ein einfacher Meterstab relativ gut.

Ein sehr gut gearbeitetes Cover, das auch noch gut aussieht. Ist seinen Preis wert.

Produkt kann man empfehlen.
Mir gefallen die zusätzlichen 3 Bänder. Das war das Manko der vorherigen Haube. Mal sehen wie es um die UV Beständigkeit steht. Meine erste Haube war nach 3 Jahren einfach versprödet. Mal sehen wie sich die neue Haube bei Hagel schlägt. Die alte war top.
